The location was fantastic and just a short walk from St Helier's Town Hall. the staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate any request. - the breakfast was delicious and included hot pudding and eggs.

The hotel staff were very friendly especially in the restaurant. Two memebers of my family have a wheat allergy and the chef was excellent in ensuring we could eat at the restaurant. The location was good for getting to the shopping area. Overall a good value break where were were looked after by the staff.

The hotel was a bit tired in places and could benefit from some redecoration

The hotel is clean with exceptional and very welcoming staff. They offer breakfast with gluten-free options and coffee or tea.

Staff were very helpful when talking to you directly but I was witness to a lady making a complaint and following with a request of which the gentleman did with no problem but when she left he pulled a face at me as if to say "what a pain". However I have personally found them to be helpful and they were discreet enough when I asked questions which may have seen out of the norm.

Quality of food was very budget hotel, basic meal hidden behind A la Carte Menu but reflected well for the price.

Went with my Mum for 4 night break. We opted for half board at the hotel, which was excellent . The choice and quality off the meals were very good.

Only negative was I like to use my iPad and iPhone to check emails and Internet. But could only get connection in reception or bar/dining room area. Would like to be able to use in bedroom.

The hotel was clean and pleasant if slightly dated in decor; the rooms were of good size and the beds very comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly without being overly familiar. The hotel was well located being about 15 minutes walk from the centre of St Helier; parking was easy on site. We only had breakfast there but the food choice was excellent.

If I could criticise anything with would be the decor; everything was immaculately clean but the whole place would benefit from a cosmetic update.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a great area, near town centre, the beach, and the beautiful island. We were offered nice hot breakfasts with gluten free options and coffee or tea, for example. The location was great, minutes from a multi - purpose stadium.

gym was very poor compared to other hotels i have stayed in. no good workout to take.

Close to the marina 🚤, the unit is modern and spacious, perfect for our kids with comfy beds.

When I am in Saint Saviour, I like staying here. It's great and lovely hotel with nice staff in all areas. The location is excellent - walk from a bus stop.
